Do not ask for Admin rights during startup

Be more in control off when program need Admin access.
Like if user want to enable run as service (remote access possible even after restart)
Inform user when workstation firewall changes are needed and why, before trying to implement (could be user has other firewall running)

Remove restart need for license

Ask user if they want to close program or minimize to taskbar icon
